Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The product must not show signs of physical damage or misuse
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Arranging return shipping
- All return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. CircuitStock is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital or downloadable products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Opened or modified electronic components where resale is not possible
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
